Bonnie Lee Rock

Bonnie Lee Rock, 57, Amboy passed away Friday evening at her residence.

Born August 5, 1955 in Lafayette, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Kenneth and Mildred Smith LaFountain.

Bonnie was a very giving person, and she will be lovingly remembered by her many friends and family for her generosity towards others. She loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

Bonnie leaves behind her husband, Manny Martinez, Amboy; one son, James Arthur Chapman, Jr., Bunker Hill; one daughter, Sierra Marie Martinez-Burnell and husband, Matt Burnell, Peru; four grandchildren, Austin Foster, Lafayette; Kera Chapman, Mississippi; Ashlyn Manion, Lafayette; and Robert Fee, Bunker Hill; two brothers, Raymond LaFountain and his wife Gail, Chesterton, Virginia; and Ronald LaFountain and his wife Karen, Troy, New York; one sister, Leslie Winnie; Troy New York; two nephews, Ronald LaFountain, Jr., and Kenneth LaFountain; one niece, Laura Scriven; and her beloved dogs, Milo, Max, and Winnie.

She was preceded in death by one son, Jason Foster on September 2, 2000 and one brother Ricky Green.

Private family services are being observed. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association and can be sent to the funeral home.
