Darral Gene Peoples

Darral Gene Peoples, 64, Macy, passed away at 8:46 a.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2016, at Dukes Memorial Hospital, Peru.
Born September 26, 1951, in Winnsboro, Louisiana, he was the son of Clarence Ray and Alma Lea Hawthorne Peoples. He was married to the former Melanie Jane Townsend, and she survives.
Darral was retired from Delphi Electronics in Kokomo. He enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing, and working on cars.
In addition to his wife Melanie Peoples, Macy, he is survived by his stepmother, Elsa Rae Peoples, Louisiana; four children, Mika J. Peoples, Louisiana; Sarah E. Gibson and husband Dan, Kokomo; Darral G. Peoples, Jr., Macy; and Kurt H. Peoples, Macy; grandchildren, Ava Peoples and Benjamin Gibson, Kokomo; and four siblings, Harold Peoples, Glinda Jones and husband Floyd, Karen Rollins and husband Jerry, and Beverly Wright and husband Dalton, all of Louisiana.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 7, 2016 at McClain Funeral Home, Denver. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
