Debra Kay Miller Cornelison, 51, Perrysburg, passed away at 6:50 p.m. on Saturday November 18, 2017, at Dukes Memorial Hospital, Peru.
Born September 2, 1966, in Logansport, Indiana, she was the daughter of Larry G. and Sonja K. Opple Miller. On September 22, 2003, in Peru, Indiana, she was married to Claude Russell Cornelison, Jr., and he survives.
Debra was a 1985 graduate of North Miami High School. She enjoyed crafts and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter. She was a lover of cats and loved her feline companion, Polka Dot.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by two children, Megan Ash and husband Lucas, Peru; and Cory Holland, and girlfriend Mary, Mexico; one granddaughter, Paytynn Ash; grandmother, Betty Teel, Rochester; one sister, Gail Lynn Troyer and husband Randy, Peru; and brother, Cody Joe Miller and wife Rynae, Kokomo. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ralph Opple and Galen and Betty Miller; one nephew, Trevon Patrick Browning; uncles, Curtis Lynn Miller and Randy Lew Miller; aunt, Rhoda Joyce Miller; and step-grandfather, Joe Teel.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, with Pastor David Noel officiating. Burial will follow in Perrysburg Community Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to assist the family.
