Diane E. Imhoof, 66, Denver, IN, passed away peacefully, surrounded by immediate family, at 11:10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at St. Vincent Hospice, Indianapolis.
Born September 19, 1950, in Fort Wayne, IN, Diane was the daughter of George H. and Harriette L. Headford.
Diane is preceded in death by her father and by her husband, Max A. Imhoof. She is survived by her mother, her sisters Linda (Dean) Brunner, Susan (Mark) Pfeifer, Nancy (Brad) Royal, her brother G. David Headford, and her nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Diane and Max shared a passion for travel and visited all fifty states and over forty countries. A graduate of DePauw University, Diane spent much of her professional career as an administrator at Teachers Credit Union (TCU) and was active in the Denver Town Council. Diane will best be remembered for her devotion to her husband, her commitment to the community of Denver, and her dedication to members of TCU.
Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 6, 2016, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver. Funeral services will be held gravesite at 2:00 p.m., Westlawn Cemetery, Denver.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Max and Diane Imhoof Memorial Fund, c/o McClain Funeral Home, PO Box 248, Denver, IN 46926, promoting Denver's civic improvements.
