Everett Ray Boston December 29, 1932 - April 2, 2012 Everett Ray Boston, 79, Kokomo, formerly of Cass County, died at 8:50 p.m. Monday, April 2, 2012, at St. Joseph Hospital, Kokomo. Born December 29, 1932, in Memphis, Tenn., he was the son of Noel Everett and Laura Hood Boston. On June 22, 1956, at the Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Cass County, he married Nola Jean Champ, who survives. Ray was a member of the Bethlehem United Methodist Church, was a U.S. Army veteran, and retired from Exide in Logansport. A talented leather craftsman, he enjoyed making things for friends and family. Survivors include one daughter, Lori Jo Wright; one granddaughter, Lindsey Nicole Harts; and one great-grandson, Ashton Timothy Harts, all of Kokomo; one sister, Lilly Irene Clements, South Haven, Miss. Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bethlehem United Methodist Church, near Twelve Mile, with Pastor Teri White officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation is from 4 to 7:00 p.m. Monday at McClain Funeral Home, Denver. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bethlehem United Methodist Church Building Fund.
