Freddy Lee "Fred" Couchman, Jr., 36, Peru, passed away on Friday morning, December 26, 2014.
Born July 9, 1978 in Marion, Indiana, he was the son of Freddy Lee, Sr. and Grace Elaine Kroft Couchman. On October 24, 1997 in Peru, Indiana, he was married to Stacey Wheetley, and she survives.
Freddy was a 1996 graduate of Maconaquah High School. He enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with his friends and family.
Survivors include his mother, Grace Elaine Couchman, Peru; wife, Stacey Couchman, Peru; two sons, Hunter and Dakota Couchman, Peru; daughter, Taylor Nice, Peru; grandfather, David Kroft, Marion; sisters, Shelly Couchman, Peru; Kimberly Herrell and husband Aaron, Rochester; brothers, Brandon Couchman, Peru; Nick Couchman, and wife Jessica, Peru; Kelly Couchman and wife Tabitha, Bunker Hill; and Larry Couchman and wife April, Marion; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, maternal grandmother, and paternal grandparents.
Funeral services will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at McClain Funeral Home, Denver.
Visitation will be from 4:30 until the time of service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made trough the funeral home for the Freddy Lee Couchman, Jr. Memorial Fund.
