Keith Allen Conrad

Keith Allen Conrad, 64, Peru, passed away at 3:20 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at Community North Hospital, Indianapolis.

Born September 10, 1951, in Peru, Indiana, he was the son of the late Oscar and Dorothy Mae Campbell Conrad.  He was married to Jane Ellen Stoner at the Mexico Church of the Brethren on August 11, 1984.

Keith had a strong faith and was a member of Corinth Brethren Church, Twelve Mile.  He had also attended the Mexico Church of the Brethren for many years.  Keith graduated from Caston High School and then received his B.S. in Education from the University of Indianapolis.  He then completed his M.S. at Indiana University, Bloomington.  In 2004, he retired from Lewis Cass High School where he had taught History for thirty-one years.  He then taught for ten years at Ivy Tech University

In addition to his wife Jane E. Conrad, Peru, he is survived by two sons, Kevin Andrew Conrad, and Joshua Edward Conrad, both of Peru.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2015, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, with Pastor Ben Pippen officiating.  Burial will follow in Corinth Cemetery, Twelve Mile.

Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
