Kevin John Tuttle

Rochester, Indiana

Kevin John Tuttle, 67, Rochester, was surrounded by his loving family when he passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020, at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne, as a result of COVID complications.

Born January 6, 1953, in Syracuse, New York, he was the son James Casper Tuttle and Ruth E. (Wagner) Tuttle.  On March 12, 1983, in Pulaski, New York, he was married to Yvonne Lorraine Brooks, and she survives.

He was a graduate of Pulaski High School, New York, in 1972.  He moved to Rochester, Indiana, in 1993 to work for Rochester Metals, where he retired in 2015 as the Maintenance Superintendent.  He loved Jesus with all his heart and was a member of New Song Community Church in Plymouth, Indiana.  He was a devoted husband, dad, and papa, spending as much time as he could with family and often crafting awesome meals for his family to enjoy together.  He enjoyed cars, traveling, crossword and Sudoku puzzles, Colts football, Golden State Warriors basketball, and bowling-something he especially enjoyed with his two sons.

Survivors include his wife, Yvonne Tuttle, Rochester; daughter, Tammy (Derek) Moyer, Springhill, Florida; Daniel Tuttle, Rochester; Brock (Ashley) Tuttle, Alexandria; ten grandchildren, Brandon Moyer, Travis Moyer, Ciarra Tuttle, Abbi Tuttle, Braxton Conklin, Colton Tuttle, Jaxon Tuttle, Jaxson Partin, Blaine Tuttle, and Azalea Tuttle; four brothers, Mark Tuttle, Kim Tuttle, Henry Tuttle, and James Tuttle; and two sisters, Kathy Recor and Jill Scofield.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Ellen Lombardo; and one brother, Gary Tuttle.

A celebration of life will be planned at a later date, when it is safe for family and friends to gather.
