Kharl Xavier Marquis Rallings was born November 21, 1993, In Chicago, Illinois to his parents Timothy Rallings of Kokomo In. and mother, Juanella Beavers of South Bend Indiana.

Kharl enjoyed life his way. He loved music, fast cars, snacks, and his family. He was employed at Dollar General and was a faithful employee.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jimmie Watson Sr., his grandmother, Rita Chynelle Brownlee, his favorite aunt, aunt Barbara Moore and cousin, Vermario Napper.

He leaves to cherish his love, his father, Timothy Rallings; mother, Juanella Beavers; his siblings, De Angelo Easton, Makeenna Rallings, Jannapher McToy-Rallings, Isaiah Beavers, Shantel Neily, and Tyersah King; nephews, Javier and Armani McToy, and a host of family, friends,and loved ones.
