Lois R. Hann, 98, Peru, Indiana, passed away at 12:29 a.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Blair Ridge Health Campus, Peru. 

Born December 24, 1925, in Twelve Mile, Indiana, she was the daughter of Dayton Gabriel Staller and Alta Marie Wilson Staller. On July 25, 1949, she was married to Billy Dean “Bill” Hann, and he preceded her in death on May 12, 2002. 

Lois graduated from Twelve Mile High School in 1943; she was the last surviving member of her class. She began working in the cafeteria at Liberty School Miami County before starting at Dukes Hospital where she retired as a receptionist in the Radiology Department. She was a member of the former New Life United Methodist Church in Mexico, Indiana, where she played the piano for many years. She loved playing Euchre, going to garage sales, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a great cook who loved preparing meals for her family. 

Survivors include three children, Bob (Johnna) Hann, Peru; Susan (Mark) Harris, Green Bay, WI; Nancy Hann (Syed Shah), Indianapolis; seven grandchildren, Laura Lowe (Matt Berglan), Peru; Jennifer (Brandon) Hibbard, Ft. Wayne; Eric (Lexi) Harris, Austin, TX; Troy (Elizabeth) Harris, Green Bay, WI; Grant (Katie) Harris, Austin, TX; Lucas Hann, Indianapolis; and Grace Hann, Tempe, AZ; great-grandchildren, Jalin and Dillon Lowe; Owen, Collin, and Lily Harris; and Jay Harris; daughter-in-law, Marianne Hann; sister-in-law, Janet Staller, Peru; and several nieces and nephews.

 In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two children, Deanna Lou Hann, and John Dean Hann; and two brothers, Merrill (Emma Lee) Staller, and Harold Staller. 

 Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Logansport. 

Visitation will be from 3-7:00 p.m. on Friday at McClain Funeral Home, Denver. 

Memorial contributions may be made to New Life Church to be used for their Women’s Fellowship.
