Melhani Stewart Livestream

Princess Melhani Darnae Stewart 3, was born in Kokomo, IN. on March 11, 2020. Antoine safely lifted his sister into the arms of Jesus Christ on August 24, 2023.

Melhani was the daughter of Destiny Naquisha Louise Stewart and Marvin Darnel Jackson, Sr.

Melhani was born with a chromosome disorder which caused her to develop myoclonic absent seziurs, hypotonia, and developmental delay. With the help of multiple schools and communities, Melhani overcame every obstacle in her path.

Melhani was getting ready to start her first full year at Lafayette Park Elementary School PreK after graduating from Bona Vista Early Learning Program and completing her First Steps Therapy. She was giving certificates for her accomplishment and participation in various school activities.

Like her brother, Melhani was full of smiles, laughter, and playfulness. Those who knew Melhani knew she loved who loved her, thought she could be mean. She enjoyed disturbing her brother while he made his TikTok and Youtube videos, playing with her “future husband” Mi’aire Evans-Dowsey, and watching ANYTHING Disney Jr, especially Bluey and Minnie Mouse. Most of all Melhani enjoyed spending time with her Daddy Spencer and her mom but also trying to escape with her GiGi.

Left to cherish those precious memories are her loving mother Destiny and step-dad, Spencer, Kokomo ; siblings, Marvin Jr.,Messiah, and Mayson Jackson; grandparents, Antoine and Jacqueline Johnson, Doris Hopskins-Clark, Vanzie Pendergrass, Linda Jackson; great-grandparents, Shirley McCullum, Vater McClinton, and Erma Beard; great-great grandma, Marion Smith; God-parents Latisha and Melvin Johnson and Tyra and Tohonn Young, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Melhani is preceded in death by her brother, Antoine D. Yarbrough; grandparents, DeWayne McCullum, Marcus McClinton, Larry L. Clark, and Michael Anthony Jackson; great-grandma, Maggie Carson; uncle, Michael D. Jackson; and cousins, Fayth and Koriece Jackson.
