Mildred Eileen Buzbee, 88, a resident of Chase Center, Logansport, and formerly of Miami County, passed away at 12:12 a.m. Friday, January 22, 2016, at Chase Center.
Born July 14, 1927, in Miami County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Everett and Alta Lee Martindale Ramer.
She was a member of Zion Chapel Church, Peru.
Survivors include three children, Janet K. Patchett, Twelve Mile; Ralph D. Buzbee and wife Barbara, Phoenix, Arizona; and Phillip R. Buzbee and wife Kimberly, North Manchester; four grandchildren, Shannon Lindsay and husband Jon, Whitman, Arizona; Aaron Buzbee and wife Tabitha, Farmersville, OH; Adam Buzbee and wife Tracie, Marengo, OH; and Anthony Buzbee and wife Carissa, North Manchester; and nine great-grandchildren, Kara and Keagan Lindsay, and Seth, Emma, Kyle, Caden, Brian, Shelby, and Caleb Buzbee.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, David Lee Buzbee; two sisters, Louise Jones and Dorothy Townsend; three brothers, Gerald Ramer, Wilber Dee Ramer, and Edgar M. Ramer; and one son-in-law, Charles Patchett.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2016, at Zion Chapel Church, Peru, with Pastor George Dinkel and Pastor Rod Correll officiating. Burial will be in Santa Fe Cemetery, Santa Fe, Indiana.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at the church.
