Nancy Joan Holler, 78, Denver, Indiana, passed away at 9:20 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at Hickory Creek of Peru.
Born August 16, 1941, in Miami County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Kelsie Homer Chism and Dora Louise Lane Chism. She was married to Richard Eugene Holler on September 15, 1963, in Santa Fe, Indiana, and he survives.
She was a 1959 graduate of Clay Township High School and a member of the Denver Baptist Church. She loved to walk and spent many hours walking through her hometown.
Survivors include her husband, Richard E. Holler, Denver; one daughter, Linda York and husband, Rick, Denver; one son, Richard L. Holler, Denver; three grandchildren, Sarah (Kevin) Moore, Chili; Rachel (Shaun) Edwards, Peru; Sean Holler, Williamstown, NJ; and four great grandchildren, Conner and Aubrey Moore; and Oliver and Zander Edwards.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Mary Etta Jewell; and two brothers, Sherman F. Chism and Morris “Dale” Chism.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 2, 2020, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana, with Pastor Jerry Long officiating. Burial will follow in Westlawn Cemetery, Denver, Indiana.
Visitation will be from 4-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, at the funeral home.
