Russell W. “Bill” See, 73, of Andover, IL, died Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at Cheyenne Wyoming Regional Medical Center, Cheyenne, WY.

Russell was born on July 6, 1941, in Denver, Indiana, the son of Robert C. and Caroline B. Moon See.  He married Phyllis Taylor on December 6, 1980 in Rock Island, IL.  He drove a semi for over 50 years and retired from Dart Transport.

Russell was a lifetime member of Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association.  He enjoyed truck driving and being outdoors.  He especially loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include his loving wife, Phyllis See; daughter, Shannon See, Denver; stepdaughters, Sherri Taylor Casteel, Jonesville, SC; and Michele Taylor Ivey, Hilliard, FL; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother, Ronald See, Peru; sister; Jackie Fultz, Logansport.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Roberta; brother, Dave; stepdaughter, Kimberly Ann Taylor Thornburg.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, Ltd., 1301 4th Street, Orion.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Western Township Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.

An additional service celebrating the life of Bill See will also be held 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2015, at Denver Baptist Church with Pastor Tim Earle officiating.  Friends are invited to visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the church.
