Ruthann Leffel

Ruthann Leffel, 80, Jeffersonton, Virginia, and formerly of New York State, passed away Saturday afternoon, June 20, 2009 in Virginia.
Born December 2, 1928 near Denver, Indiana she was the daughter of Harley and Fern May Gruwell Leffel.
She went into the ministry of the non-denominational church in January of 1955, and faithfully served in New England and southern states. She attended Chili High School.
Survivors include one sister-in-law, Delores Hodson and husband Carl, Peru and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, William H. Leffel and James Milne Leffel, and one sister, Margaret Hazelrigg.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2009 at McClain Funeral Home, Denver with Leslie White, Mark King, Janet Nicol, and Jon Knochenmus officiating.
Friends are invited to call from 4-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
